These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Cibuwai platform, available at cibuwai.pro, including all interactive quizzes, assessments, educational content, and related services. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Your continued use of the platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms of Use. Cibuwai reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the platform interface or by email where reasonably practicable.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use this platform. By accessing the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation

3.3 Account Termination
Cibuwai reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misuse the platform. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us directly.
4. Permitted Use
You may use the platform solely for lawful, personal, or internal business purposes consistent with the educational nature of the service. You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written permission

All content on the Cibuwai platform, including but not limited to quiz questions, assessments, text, graphics, logos, course materials, and software, is the exclusive property of Cibuwai or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, modified, or distributed without express written consent.
5.2 User-Submitted Content
If the platform permits you to submit content such as answers, feedback, or comments, you retain ownership of that content but grant Cibuwai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process it for the purpose of operating and improving the service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.
5.3 Feedback
Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide regarding the platform may be used by Cibuwai without restriction or compensation to you.
6. Quiz and Assessment Results
Results, scores, and feedback generated through the platform's quizzes and tests are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice, certification, or formal qualification unless explicitly stated. Cibuwai makes no guarantee that results accurately reflect real-world knowledge or performance in any specific professional context.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
7.1 Paid Features
Some features or content on the platform may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorize Cibuwai to charge the stated amount using your selected payment method.
7.2 Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact [email protected] within 14 days of a transaction if you believe a refund is warranted. Cibuwai reserves the right to decline refund requests where digital content has already been accessed or consumed.
7.3 Price Changes
Cibuwai may change pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any changes affecting their current subscription tier.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
The platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. These links are provided for convenience only. Cibuwai does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. 9. Disclaimers
The platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Cibuwai does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cibuwai disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cibuwai and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity, even if Cibuwai has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Cibuwai's total liability to you exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Cibuwai in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred Polish zlotys (PLN 100).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cibuwai and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully to understand our practices.
13. Availability and Modifications

Cibuwai will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service. We will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice of significant changes where possible.
14. Governing Terms
These Terms of Use represent the entire agreement between you and Cibuwai regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Cibuwai's failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
